PhD and Post-Doctorate in Human Resource Management, Associate Professor at Management Department of FEA USP

Graduate and Master Degree in Economics. PhD and Post-Doctorate in Human Resource Management, Associate Professor at Management Department of FEA USP (School of Economics, Business and Accounting – Universtity of São Paulo – Brazil).

He has experience in Human Resource Management, working mainly with Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Learning, Labor Market, Labor Relations and Unions. He has PhD and master degree students under orientation. He has national wide researches about HRM and Labor Relations in Brazil. He is part of the Advisory Group of the Cranet International Network of Research on Human Resource, part of the scientific committee of HRM and Labor Relations of ANPAD – National Association of Post-Graduate Programs – Brazil. He has 53 papers published in academic journals and a book about labor relations in Brazil.
